Personally, I believe that
exercise is essential for relieving people’s stress and improving their health. Exercise is one of the habits that people
should consider. Today, many people are involved in sports as a way of exercises.
For example, both sexes from different ages in Timor-Leste like to run every
afternoon or morning. Nevertheless, some people prefer to drink alcohol after work
to relief their stresses.
In the first place, when people exercise effectively,
like running, playing football, yoga and other exercise they can help to ease stress
and improve health. As an example, running is an exercise that enables blood to
flow smoothly to all organs in our body. In addition, it helps people’s heart
rate to pump normally.
Nevertheless, some people claim
that drinking alcohol can help to reduce their stress. In Timor-Leste, some people like to drink
local wine or whiskey after spending long hours at work. This habit can be a
good one as long people don’t drink excessively. Because alcohol causes serious
damage to your brain as it can affect the way the brain looks and works.
Despite the arguments above, I
would say that playing football, running and yoga are the best exercise. People can easily get sick if they don’t.
